Mandaue
In December 2019, the men’s group of RCJC Mandaue spent a day bonding together and building up each other’s faith through an exclusive seminar conducted by our beloved spiritual mother, the pastor of the church in Mandaue, Ptr. Geronima Merida. This tranquil site is in the beautiful Mactan Shrine in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Our brothers have enjoyed their fellowship together. This activity has certainly impacted each of them and the ways they can do ministry. On the morning of the event, Ptr. Geronima shared wonderful insights digging into the Word of God on how important mens’ role is in the church. After the seminar, they were asked to go outside and form a big circle. They did several exercises that encouraged them to participate. They had an enjoyable time together that absolutely helped strengthen their bond. RCJC has always been advocating for men to pray, worship, lead their families and the church in peace. In other words, men — just like women — are essential to the mission of the church.
